Have a 'managers' manager' option as a fallback rule
If a manager is on annual leave or off sick - it would be good to have the fallback as their manager for any requests that come through.

Having a Managers /Manager option would be useful - what would be really useful is for the Manager to set the dates of their annual leave to make this default happen during the period but then auto default to original setting at the end of the leave period
