Bulk loaded absences to have the correct 'Total Days'

System to calculate the correct 'Total days' when an absence which spans over more than one day is bulk loaded into the system.

There is a bug in the system which means that if an absence is bulk loaded in and is for over 2 or more consecutive days the system may calculate the total days as in correct. The current work around is to load the absence in as individual days.
