The Integration with Eploy directly affects the onboarding process and includes digital signatures. i will link in a separate ticket that details digital signatures for selectHR as a whole and close this one based on the new integration.
This would be extremely helpful but not just for onboarding. Changes to terms and conditions and annual pay reviews are painful, having to manually create documents and use mail merge. Then once they are back (we use Adobe) the requirement to save them to their staff folders.
We have other businesses within our group that currently use PeopleHR and this is part of their system, so it seems really strange that it is not incorporated within SelectHR.
This would be extremely beneficial as we are currently having to produce all documents offline due to the neccessiy of signatures. If this was incorporated on SelectHR, it would mean we could utilise the system effectively.
