We have created elements of forms where free text is allowed, however, the system does not spell check this. There are many areas of the system where it is not spell checked and I feel that this is a really downside to the system.
We have had to ask people to type bits into Word, spell check and then copy into the system. This adds a lot of extra work for them.
What would be really useful in this area is ensuring the system auto defaults to upper case /lower case for addresses, only allows upper case on NI letters and postcodes would be really useful too- another thing in this space is updating the system to use a postcode checker so it helps employees in onboarding to choose their correct address from a drop down list as do many systems nowaday - this would help keeping data clean and consistent
