New Checkbox 'UAT Mode', in Live environments, this will enable the 'UAT' functionality within user accounts, to allow customers the control of who goes over to Evo or not.
This will be needed for new SelectHR Implementations as we train on their test system, and move to live after the data import, but they won't be enabling full members until their go live.
New checkbox 'UAT Mode'
Existing 'UAT' functionality within user accounts in live system, when above checkbox is ticked
Introduce a new system-level checkbox titled “UAT Mode”. When enabled in a Live environment, this setting will activate the existing UAT functionality within individual user accounts. This allows customers to control which users are directed to Evo during transitional phases in their live environment.
This enhancement is particularly important for new SelectHR implementations. Typically, training is carried out on the customer’s Test environment, followed by a data import and promotion to Live. However, customers often do not want their full user base enabled until their official go-live date. The new 'UAT Mode' provides controlled early access for selected users without opening the system to everyone.
New Checkbox: UAT Mode (Configuration zone, system-level, available in Live environments only (Can be in test, but already logic in place for UAT Enabled))
Behaviour When Enabled:
The existing UAT flag within user accounts becomes active.
Administrators can choose which users operate in UAT mode within the Live environment.
Only users with the UAT flag (Against their user account) enabled will be directed to Evo; others remain inactive until go-live.
This feature gives customers precise control during implementation and early-access phases, enabling selected users to operate in the Evo environment without fully enabling the entire organisation.
