Allow Unpaid Leave to pull through automatically to Payroll

It would stop duplication of effort if the unpaid leave pulled through to the payroll system in a similar way to sickness absence. At the moment without the link there is duplication of effort to maintain records in the HR side and also to process on the payroll.
