Allow employees to be removed from Flexi Rules where these are no longer applicable.

"Flexi Rules currently cannot be unassigned from employees. As a result, if an employee no longer needs to be on the rule, there is no way to remove them.
Employees move around the business frequently and need to come on/off of needing to clock in and out.
Unfortunately, the flexi rule continues to generate days where it expects the employee to clock in and out, causing them to accrue significant negative balances which are not always easy to correct manually.
Removing them from the Flexi Rule, or having some kind of ability to stop it would resolve this entirely."
