Currently the payroll team have to manually update and maintain the employee personal email address in SelectPay but this is time consuming and means that we have to have an additional alert on the SelectHR system to ensure that any email change in SelectHR sends an email to payroll so that they can complete the manual update and ensure that sensitive info is sent to the correct address.
