It would be extremely beneficial if the My Colleagues app on Evo could use 'Known As' names, like the rest of the system does. We have employees that have transitioned and therefore their known as name is different to their birth name. The incorrect name pulling through would cause upset.

Organisation-level setting to select whether First Name or Known As name is sent to Access Workspace
When Known As is selected and an employee has a Known As name entered in SelectHR, the Known As name is sent to Access Workspace instead of First Name
When Known As is selected but no Known As name is entered for an employee, First Name is used as a fallback to prevent blank display names
The selected name persists through the nightly sync — manual changes in Workspace are no longer overwritten each night
Setting applies consistently across all employee records synced to Access Workspace
I am completely up for this as we have had to have configuration work done to have this run in the background and update. I would suggest that for those on the new mobile app, this is also something that needs to be considered.
This is also really important to us. We work in an industry where colleagues are known by their middle name in work so they can not be identified by clients on social media for example. SelectHR is setup to use these known as names, however this falls down with EVO when their true first name is showing, not the known as name
