A lot of our employees are known within the organisation as a name different from their official name but this is not reflected within Access Workspace. THis is causing confusion for our employees as well as a level of embarrassment.
We currently have something in place to over-ride this every time it goes across as we have people in our business who don't use their first names and despise them. So pleased to hear it is being developed.

Can we have an update on this please? Below it is suggested that this would be addressed within 6 months but it is now 11 months. We have a couple of employees who are not known at all by their legal names, and many who would much rather be known by, say, "Becky" rather than "Rebecca". Thanks
This item has now been added to the product backlog for scoping in the next 6 months please continue to review the release notes to determine when this feature is ready for release.
Hi Everyone, thank you for your comments and suggestions. There are many factors to consider regarding the member's integrations and other products that require data via the integration. I am taking this item to a full review with our workspace team to see what our options are and will update this ticket once i have an idea of what is possible. Once again thank you for sharing.
This also impacts systems such as ACP which reverts to displaying employees' formal first names when Single-Sign On through Workspace for ACP is enabled
This would be such a great addition and dissolve the upset it can cause with some employees.
