Add 'Sounds Like' search capability, i.e. Fuzzy Search
Searching a large dataset for an exact match, especially names, is difficult. Adding a Sounds Like search function would be useful to find people or posts with similar names
Managers/supervisors of volunteers to have visibility of them similar to employees
So that they can create them as a leaver and be able to view their details that are held on the system as well incase they need to contact them or change anything.
